There is a place beyond time and space that is the meaning of all existence. Strangely enough, it is closer than the end of your nose.
God consciousness means we are one with God. We are conscious of that Presence in our daily lives. There is no moment when we are apart from Him.
To get to that place requires one thing, and one thing only. Surrender.
Our ego must surrender unconditionally to the highest aspect of our own being. Spirituality must be as important as taking a breath. Without it we have no life.
What have you got to lose? Everything and nothing. You give up what is finite. You gain what is infinite. The exchange is marvellous.
Behind you right now where you are sitting is a Light being, an invisible spirit. That Being is yours alone. It is here watching over you. It has been with you from birth.
Can you feel it? Stop and listen. Hear it. The sound is comforting. It sounds like a tingling in the left ear, a high vibration that is not quite sound, but inside you.
I can feel it. I am surrounded by a cocoon of white light. Can you feel it too?
There is a wind outside, moving the trees. I step to my window and look out. Branches sway to and fro. I look up and there are stars. The night is black. It is the new moon and a time of new beginnings. I want to begin now.
Can you?
Stop. Listen. There is someone with you right now. It is watching you. Every move you make, every thought, is known. There are no secrets. There is no shame. Everything is already known. And forgiven. You are loved unconditionally.
You are inside the cocoon and the presence of white light is all around you. It radiates into you. Can you feel it?
There is a power greater than you, much greater. And yet that same power is with you all the time. There is no separation.
Feel it now.
Feel the vibration all around you. It is more than energy, more than light, greater than you will ever know. Yet it is yours to keep.
Restore that energy to a strong place inside you where it was once known. Do you remember?
You were young then, very young, barely able to think or speak a whole sentence. That energy was with you then. It made you feel light. It made you laugh. It smiled when you did.
That presence is yours to recapture.
Begin now.
Breathe it in. Breathe into your heart. Smile. There is no doubt. It is simple. It breathes with you. It breathes out, yet is not gone. The smile is forever.
Where is hope? It is in your remembrance.
Let go. Let it all go. The world, the people, the past. Remember when life was innocence and pure joy. Let go of everything else. Everything.
I am.
Simple.
Stay in that space, without thought, without worry, with silence. Stay with the silence. Feel the silence inside you. Let it permeate your whole being, body, mind and spirit. That vibration will raise you up, lift your consciousness to a higher place, a space of restfulness and peace.
I am.
Take this meditation and practice it every day. One day at a time. Each day, a little closer to God consciousness. Each day, leaving one more burden behind.
With each step closer, drop a burden. Let it go. Let God deal with it. There is only peace in this realm, uncluttered, unfettered, nothing to diminish its Light. Let all your burdens go. Give them away. Release them all.
Breathe in the Light. Breath out the darkness. Let it go.
In a smile is everything you need right now.
You are not alone.
There is a presence with you now stronger and more powerful than anything you have ever known. It is with you. It surrounds you.
God is that Light.
There is nothing to fear. Everything you have ever been or done is known. Everything that you will be is a gift. What you are now is the greatest of all. Right now is your chance. Embrace the Light and let it fill you with hope and peace and infinite joy.
This gift is real.
There is no doubt of its truth. It is the Truth.
The joy you feel in this vibration of highest energy is the reality of life as it exists on the plane of God-consciousness.
What you feel now is only a sample. A smile. An arrow pointing. Some day you will know this truth in full, and your joy will have no end.
It is God’s gift to you.
What you have to do is realize it. Every chance you get. Stop, listen, feel the presence of a divine embrace. Accept it. Surrender.
Glory to God, the angels sing because they are in that Light and they have no greater joy than to glorify Him, praise Him, and love Him in all the magnificence of His creation.
You are no angel. You were born human. That is the greatest gift of all. In your human lifetime you have the unique opportunity, beyond all other earthly creatures, to realize God. Only you can ascend to that height. Even the angels cannot do this.
This is a blessing God has offered to humanity because of His great love for them, his children. Rise up and accept the gift. Cast aside the burdens of this world, and catch the sunshine of eternal truth.
Feel the Light.
Embrace it.
Hold it in your heart and keep it there.
When earth troubles get you down, take time to remember the Truth.
You were born to be free.
Take off with your wings of freedom, given to you at birth by your heavenly father. Lift yourself up, catch the wind, soar like the bird of paradise that you were born to be. It is not an illusion, nothing magical, just Truth.
Lift yourself up on wings of glory.
Glory.
What a beautiful word. Glorious.
You are glorious, Lord God, and we are glorious in You.
You lift us up from this earth and even while we stand in bondage of our own flesh, we are lifted up in spirit and are one with you.
God consciousness.
The flesh is resurrected on a pure vibration of God-energy. It carries us. We surrender to it. We are lifted up to you.
Our joy is yours. And it is endless.
